An Exciting and Enriching and Learning Experience With an F&B Ecpert!

On FRiday, November 22, 2024, students of SPB were given an incredible opportunity to expand their knowledge and gain valuable industry insight during a Guest Instructor session. The session was led by one other than I Made Suardika, S.TR.Par., the esteemmed Head of The CSR Division. With his extensive experience and expertise in the field, Mr. Suardika shared an engaging and thought-provoking presentation on ‘Personality and Workability of Food and Beverages Service Employees in The Hospotality Industry’.

Throughout the session, Mr. Suardika emphasize the importance of personality and adaptability in the F&B service industry, highlighting how these qualities directly influence guest satisfaction and overall operationaln success. He discussed the key attributes that every F&B professional should prossess, including excellent communication skills, a apositive attitude, strong teamwork abilities, and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service.

The student were captivated the real-life examples and case studies he presented, illustrating the challenges and rewards of working in the dynamic world of F&B service. Mr. Suardika also provided practical tips on how to cultivate a professional image, and upload the highest standards of horpitality in their careers.
